Only the email address you give me when you subscribe. No name, no IP logging beyond what the host (Render) keeps for normal server operation, no tracking cookies, no analytics.
I send you an email when the 30-year fixed mortgage rate changes, based on data from the Federal Reserve's FRED API (series MORTGAGE30US). That's it.
Nobody. Your email is never sold, rented, traded, or handed off for marketing. The only third party that touches it is Resend, the service that actually delivers the email on my behalf.
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and your record is deleted from the database. No "we'll keep it for marketing purposes" nonsense.
